Product Overview

The 7.0" RF Coaxial Gooseneck Assembly allows for flexible mounting options for antennas, including mounting directly to the front panel of a manpack radio or to the top surface of a hand held radio or small form factor radio. The RF coaxial gooseneck is used in applications such as a manpack radio carried in the rucksack of a dismounted soldier when it is important to keep an antenna orientated above the shoulder level of the human body for optimum signal reception. Southwest Antennas RF Coaxial Gooseneck Adapters can also be threaded through vest loops, web gear, and MOLLE gear giving users increased flexibility in antenna mounting options.

Part #1040-019 from Southwest Antennas features an overall length of seven inches, an outside diameter of 0.47 inches, and non-rotating Type-N(m) RF connectors on both ends of the RF Coaxial Gooseneck assembly. This model is waterproof to a depth of 20 meters, can bend and hold past a 90-degree angle, and has a black low-visibility finish.
