Product Overview
Southwest Antennas Part #1085-109 is an omni-directional half-wave dipole antenna that features 2.1 dBi of passive antenna element gain, and is designed specifically for receive-only applications.
The embedded LNA and bandpass filter module help reject out-of-band or high power jamming signals from co-located transmitters for better receiver performance. The total peak system gain of 18.3 dBi does not extend the range of the antenna but will help attached receivers with very lower powered signals.
This antenna is designed for receive-only applications in the 2.1 - 2.5 GHz S-Band and is ideal for federal DHS/DOJ licensed radio applications, while also offering excellent performance in the 2.4 GHz ISM band.
