Product Overview

Southwest Antennas part # 1027-023 is a small form factor GPS Active L1 antenna which can be deployed for accurate timing and location services on GPS receivers, manpack radios, hand-held tactical radio systems, and other small form factor radio systems.

The small size, light weight, and very low DC current draw of this rugged, high-performance GPS antenna make it ideal for unmanned system, autonomous vehicles, and other automated or remote assets. The very low DC current draw of this product compared to similar Active GPS antennas means less drain on your battery and longer system uptime.

This GPS L1 Active antenna features 28 dB of active low noise amplifier gain coupled with narrowband SAW filtering providing >50 dB out of band rejection from 35MHz above and below the L1 center frequency. The integrated high linearity LNA provides both a very low noise figure (<2.2 dB) and a high output IP3 (+15 dBm).
