Product Overview

Southwest Antennas Part # 1066-079 is a dual-band S/C omni-directional concealment antenna that operates in both 2.1 - 2.5 GHz and 4.4 - 5.0 GHz frequency bands. This product is designed to be integrated inside of other systems such as unmanned vehicles, or concealments for covert surveillance applications.

The antenna can be tuned to optimize performance inside of specific concealments. This antenna features 54 inches of LMR-100 RF cable and a rotating SMC(m) RF connector. The antenna operates as a half-wave dipole in S-Band while operating as a full-wave dipole in C-Band.

Note 1: Antenna horizontal and vertical beamwidth measured in free space. Antenna pattern may differ when antenna is placed in concealment. Long axis of antenna corresponds to vertical polarization.

Note 2: Antenna performance is highly dependent on the antenna standing off of the concealment inner wall / substrate material far enough to achieve optimum RF performance. Southwest Antennas can recommend specific 3M adhesive tapes to achieve ideal minimum spacing from the mounting substrate.
