Southwest Antennas offers a broad selection of antenna types specifically designed to meet the requirements of modern wireless markets. The cost/performance tradeoffs used here provide high performance, low cost antennas in the commercial and license-free bands, including the 900 MHz ISM and 802.11a/b/g bands.
Patch Antenna
These broadband patch antennas provide the greatest possible bandwidth in a classic, two pole antenna structure.
1011-001 9.8 dB Patch Antenna 2340-2600 MHz
1011-002 9.8 dB Patch Antenna 2340-2600 MHz
Chebyshev Matched Stacked Disc Antenna
Coupling antenna elements in a Chebyshev matched structure greatly increases usable bandwidth. The symmetry of the circular disk element provides a stable, single feed broadband patch antenna with low spurious modes. Some models provide a dual feed for users who require polarization diversity in a small, high performance antenna.
1018-001 8.5 dB Stacked Circular Patch Antenna 2270-2570 MHz
1021-001 8.5 dB Dual Feed Stacked Circular Patch Antenna 2270-2570 MHz
Low Profile Antenna
Many wireless products require a compact, radome enclosed antenna that supports a product fashion statement. Southwest Antennas draws from its rich portfolio of successful, low-profile product antenna designs to provide its OEM customers with high performance conformal and low profile antenna solutions.
Center Fed Dipole
The fully decoupled center fed dipole is used in a variety of high performance mobile and handheld wireless products. The wide impedance bandwidth of these antennas greatly exceeds what is normally available with commodity antenna products.
Ultra-Flexible Monopole
Some products provide the electrical counterpoise for the radiating element with a fully coupled metal housing or circuit board. For these cases, the nearly indestructible ultra-flexible monopole provides a solution that is both robust and nearly invisible. Southwest Antennas custom designs these antennas for customers who require a high performance, but otherwise nearly invisible single band antenna.
